Hi, I’m Christie! I started Noted Ops Studio after years of managing my own household & helping founders in my network get their operations off the ground. Somewhere between building Airtable systems for startups & coordinating logistics for my own kids, I realized: this work—the invisible, behind-the-scenes stuff that keeps life & business running—is what I'm wired for.

I help busy people get out from under the logistical weight of their lives & work. Whether that's streamlining the family calendar, researching schools, building a backend system for your business, or just taking the endless small tasks off your plate—I bring calm, structure, & follow-through. With a background in writing, I also offer marketing & copywriting services.

I'm based between New York & California, which mostly means I've developed strong opinions about the best coffee shops to work from on both coasts.
